Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and guiding customers through the process of selecting the best health insurance plans to meet their needs. This position offers a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
• Educate clients on available health insurance options, helping them understand plan benefits, features, and costs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information
• Support clients through the entire enrollment process and handle any follow-up questions or concerns
• NO cold calling – Leads are provided!

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but NOT required

Compensation:

On average, our Entry Level Sales Representatives earn between $140,000 and $155,000 annually
